These terms govern your use of credpronto.com and our services. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Our services

CredPronto provides certified translations and credential evaluations. Translations are prepared with AI and reviewed before release, and each comes with a signed certification of accuracy.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit, that they are genuine, and that you won't use our service for unlawful purposes. We may refuse orders involving altered or fraudulent documents.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Certified translation is $9.95 per page (one side, up to 250 words). Payment is taken through Stripe at checkout. You'll see a free watermarked preview before paying.

Delivery

Finished files are delivered in your account and by email. Turnaround times shown are estimates.

Acceptance

Our certified translations are prepared to meet USCIS requirements. Acceptance is decided by the receiving agency or institution, and we can't guarantee it.

Revisions and refunds

If we made an error, email support@credpronto.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll correct it free. If we can't deliver your order, or can't fix an error we made, we'll refund it. Because you approve a preview before paying, we don't refund for changes of mind after delivery.

Intellectual property

The site, logo, and software belong to CredPronto. You own your documents and may use your delivered translations for any lawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as delays in an application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Orders placed earlier stay under the terms in effect at that time.
